Spiderman is a popular superhero for kid’s parties these days, especially with the number of Spiderman movies that have come out recently. There are plenty of themed party goods that you can get for the party, including balloons, party favors, and streamers. Not to mention the plethora of party games that can be played at the Spiderman party.
Nothing compares to good food though and you’ll find this party menu is very tasty and fun for the kids to eat. Start out with some crunchy chocolate spiders an appetizer that is both gross and fun. You’ll learn how to make them in a minute, but next make up a spider’s favorite drink; Blood Punch. It’s made with V8 juice or tomato juice and some spicy seasonings like salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. A Spiderman cake is excellent for any birthday party and even good for a non birthday party. Serve up easy pick up foods like mozzarella sticks, French fries, chicken fingers and fish sticks then have everyone sit down to watch a Spiderman movie marathon, especially good for a pajama party.
Crunchy chocolate spiders are easy to make for the Spiderman party and surprisingly simple. All you need is a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and chow mein noodles. Melt down the chips over low heat and mix in chow mein noodles. Use a spoon to scoop out clumps of chow mein noodles covered in chocolate and set on wax paper to cool. If needed you can set in refrigerator to harden faster. These chocolate covered treats are very popular once the kids get over their initial hesitance at eating ‘chocolate covered spiders’.
Even if you run out of good treats and Spiderman movies to watch at this party there are still plenty of ways to keep the guests entertained with Spiderman games and kid’s crafts and activities.
